Immigration Bonds
Immigration bonds are their own world. We help families understand the steps and post the bond once it’s set.

Hearing-dependent. Immigration bonds are set at a bond hearing and posted through the proper agency; timing varies by facility.
Common questions
Often, no — especially for smaller bonds with a qualified co-signer. For larger bonds we may ask for collateral (such as property or a vehicle) to secure the bond. We explain exactly what’s needed and why before you sign anything, and any collateral is returned in full once the bond is exonerated (the case is resolved and all court dates are met).
Completely. What you share with us stays between us. We handle every situation — including sensitive ones — privately and without judgment. Our job is to help your family, not to ask why.
